Northshore Landowners Association is the largest and oldest of the three associations in the subdivision. The other two are unit 8-8A and OVD, located in the newer sections. Office hours are four hours per week, however the phone number of (361) 500-8340 and email address of nsloainc.@yahoo.com can be utilized for contact at the earliest convenience. 

The association is responsible for maintenance of the common areas between the north and south entrances to the subdivision, Augusta, and the first four islands on Country Club Boulevard. To facilitate this our dues are $300.00 per year all due by January 1st of each year. After January 31st penalties and interest are assessed and liens will be filed on delinquent accounts after July 1st.  

The annual meeting is the second week of January and every other month on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00PM at North Shore Country Club.
